Harvest Festival 2019

The school has a long history of celebrating Harvest Festival. Today, we held a series of assemblies in our main hall involving all year groups. Sixth Form students assisted with the preparation of the assemblies and invited members of the local community to join us. We welcomed guests from Cheviot Court Care Home and the Key Project Homeless Persons’ Charity. After the Harvest Festival assemblies, our guests joined us for tea and cakes!

The response of our staff, students and their families to the appeal for Harvest Festival produce was magnificent, as usual. Sixth Form students packed up and delivered over 100 food parcels shared between the local community and the Key Project.
