Harton’s Year 10 Rugby Team Win Again.

The Harton year 10 rugby team played against Newcastle School for Boys on Tuesday night and thankfully won the game 50-19. Mr Dalton, who was at the game said “the boys put on a really good performance against a good opposition. They worked well together as a team and overall got the result the deserved. Well done lads.”

In other sports news the shortlist for Sports personality of the year has officially been revealed. The names include stars such as Gareth Bale, Jamie Vardy, Alastair Brownlee, Mo Farah, Andy Murray as well as many more. Andy Murray is the early favourite to win the award, and could become the first person ever to win the awards two years in a row.

In the Football news, Liverpool beat a disciplined Sunderland team 2-0 leaving the struggling team bottom after Swansea shockingly beat Crystal palace 5-4.
