Numbers on the Scales

If you want to stay healthy, concentrate on your fitness levels, not the numbers on the scales!

Studies suggest that when fitness levels increase there is a 19% reduction of mortality over a six year period.

Losing weight did not have the same effect.

So if you’re lean but lazy, you could be heading for a fall, despite what outward appearances may suggest.

This is good news for those who are physically active but still can’t seem to lose weight.

So don’t fret about the odd curry, just make sure you don’t skip your workout the next morning.
