Feedback to the Academy

The Academy welcomes all feedback on your experience with us, whether this is in relation to your child’s education, your visit to the Academy, or any other interaction you have had with us. We value this, as it helps us look at how well we do things, with a view to ensuring we provide an excellent service, and being able to deal with areas where you feel we could improve.

If you have any concerns about your child’s education, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. Depending on the concern, you can contact their Form Tutor, their Head of Year or a member of the Senior Leadership Team, as appropriate, and we hope that making contact and being able to discuss the matter will answer your question or allay any concerns you may have.

If you do have concerns or a complaint which you feel is more serious, the Academy has a Complaints Policy, which provides a more formal process through which to deal with concerns and complaints.
