Information for Parents and Carers: Tutor groups and tutor room numbers, September 2023.

Dear Parents/Carers

The start of the new school year is fast approaching, and I write to you in advance of students’ return.  I would like to share some further details with you, in preparation for the start of the new academic year, September 2023.

The below tables show all year groups and their respective tutor groups and room numbers.  Please ensure that your child is aware of their tutor and tutor room number, which they should attend. Tutor groups, which have had staff changes or additions, due to staffing alterations and/or maternity leave, are highlighted in grey; all other form groups remain the same.

There will be a staggered arrival time for pupils on Tuesday 5^th September as follows:

Year 7

8.30 a.m., pupils will go straight to the main hall for an assembly, which will finish at approximately 8:50 a.m.; before returning to their tutor rooms   

Years 8, 9, 10 & 11

9.55 a.m., all pupils should go straight to their tutor rooms, for periods 2 and 3 with tutors – lessons will begin in the afternoon.

We would also like to give a reminder that all students are expected to be in their full school uniform for their return to school, unless there is a valid exception.  All pupils should also have a school bag and the appropriate stationery.
