Fitness Classes

We currently run a wide variety of Fitness classes ranging from Circuits to Spinning plus many more. All classes take place in our amazing studio which is air conditioned with a fully sprung floor. Our instructors are qualified and classes run from 5.30pm weekdays, with early morning classes on weekends.

All of our classes have varying benefits and all of our instructors put their own spin on classes, so we would advise you always do a selection of the classes and try out the different instructors. Remember, variety is the spice of life, so keep changing your workouts to get the best possible results you can.

Using indoor stationary bikes, class participants will experience a fun, challenging & exhilarating workout. The instructor will lead and motivate you through a series of phases on your bike but you can control the intensity at which you work.

Timetable subject to change

  • Members can book 8 days in advance and non-members 7 days in advance (with pre-payment) in person at reception or by phoning 0191 4274055, for yourself and one other person only.
  • Cancelling a reserved place must be done at least 3 hours prior to class – any later than this or not turning up will result in a ‘default’ being added to your account. 3 or more defaults within 30 days results in a loss of advance booking rights for 15 days.
  • Each participant is responsible for ensuring they are checked off the class register.
  • Please try to be on time as the warm up is important to reduce injury risk and entry may be refused if you are late.
