Harton 6th Form is delighted to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our students in the 2024 A-Level results, especially considering the challenges of recent years.

We are incredibly proud of the dedication and hard work shown by both students and staff, as many of our students now embark on their chosen paths.

This year, one of our largest ever cohorts of A-Level students continued to perform above the national average. We are thrilled that so many have secured places at top universities across the UK, alongside those starting apprenticeships and school leaver programs. It has been a joy to watch our students excel not only academically but also grow into well-rounded individuals who are sure to make a positive impact on society.

Beyond academic success, we are also celebrating a record number of students who have achieved the Silver and Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. Additionally, our students have embraced unique opportunities, such as a recent expedition to Kenya, where they summited Mount Kenya, engaged in community projects, and immersed themselves in local culture.

Looking ahead, over 75% of our students are progressing to Higher Education, with more than 40% securing places at prestigious Russell Group Universities. The diverse range of courses they will pursue, including Medicine, Engineering, Law, and more, reflects their wide-ranging interests and ambitions.

As we bid farewell to our graduating students, we wish them every success in their future endeavours. We look forward to celebrating their achievements at the upcoming Presentation Evening in December.
