Well done to the 11 students who have just successfully completed their 4 day gold expedition in the Lake District.

This follows on from the 4 day practice expedition that the group did just 10 days ago so an impressive and challenging feat of endurance and challenge. The feedback from the staff and assessor was that they were a very strong group and a pleasure to work with. This is the youngest group of students that have completed the gold expedition and we look forward to seeing them complete the other sections and head to one of the palaces in London to receive their award in due course. Many thanks to Mrs Northen, Mrs Burroughs and Mr Taylor on supporting the expeditions and making this possible and also to the staff at Simonside Outdoor adventure who were as impressive as ever.
