Silver Duke of Edinburgh’s Qualifying Expedition Success

A big well done to the 22 students that completed the silver qualifying expedition over 3 days, covering 30 miles in very sunny and hot conditions. This certainly added to the challenge but the students responded in a positive manner and worked weel together to help each other to the end. The students walked in the beautiful Swaledale area walking along the valley with some hills too and seemed to enjoy being in such a picturesque area. It is certainly impressive as the majority of the group are in year 10 with just two students from year 12.
