Silver Qualifying Expedition in Yorkshire Dales
A very big well done to the twenty-six year 10 and year 12 students that successfully completed their DofE Silver Qualifying Expedition in the Yorkshire Dales over the bank holiday weekend.
The students demonstrated resilience, determination and commitment in walking over 30 miles in total, carrying large backpacks. As ever, there were some challenges along the way but it was great to see the teams pulling together and supporting each other so that everyone could get to the finish, where everyone was rightly proud of their efforts.
Thanks to the staff that generously gave of their time to support this opportunity, it is lovely to see so many students getting involved in such a fabulous award scheme.
