Dear Parent/Carer

Year 8 Parents’ Evening – Tuesday 13 May 2025 – 3.15pm to 5.45pm

We would like to invite you to attend Year 8 Parents’ Evening on the above date.

If you would like to attend, please ask your son/daughter to arrange appointment times for you with subject staff, who will be available from 3.15pm onwards.  Pupils will be issued with cards on which to record their appointment times, after consultation with parents/carers and subject teachers.  Please ensure that appointment times made are acceptable to you.

Due to examinations taking place in the Main Hall – 1936 building, we will be using the 6^th form building and dining hall for this parents evening.

Appointments will be available at five-minute intervals.  If you anticipate needing more time please do not hesitate to contact the school to speak to the appropriate member of staff.  We are required to keep a register of attendance; could you please sign the registers when you enter the main reception area located at the 6^th form building.

I would also like to bring to your attention the car-parking situation on the school site.  We have a large car park, accessible from Lisle Road.  We do ask parents not to park in the side streets around the school.  Please use the marked bays provided within the school grounds.
