National Three Peaks Challenge – Update
Snowdon – Peak 3 – Update
Mission accomplished….well almost. Harton Staff completed the 3 Peaks Challenge today in 28.5 hours, outside the required 24 hours, but summiting the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales in 22 hours. Snowdon, the final peak, was indeed a challenge as the group were battered by lashing rain and gale force winds en route to the summit.
The group have immediately started discussing their next challenge. The group is indebted to the contribution made by Richard Scott, without whose driving and navigation ability, as well as endless patience, the achievement would certainly not have been possible.
The group would like to extend their heartfelt thanks for those who made charitable contributions and who made the attempt on this challenge so worth while.

Ben Nevis – Peak 1 – Update
Harton staff have made it to the top of Ben Nevis in Scotland successfully and are currently on route to the Lake District to tackle the second mountain of the three peaks, Scafell Pike. Spirits are high!
