A massive well done to the ten Year 13 students that successful completed the Qualifying DofE Gold expedition in the Lake District over four gruelling days.

The two teams covered over 50 miles in total by walking over some significant hills, showing determination and reliance in meeting the challenge head on. This followed on from recently completing their training expedition in the Yorkshire Dales where they also impressed the leaders and assessor.

We look forward to seeing them all receiving their Gold Certificates and badges at one of the Royal Palaces in the future once all the sections are complete.
